November Gratitude Challenge

We want to do something a little different with you all - we want to give you a challenge. For the month of November, find a way to express gratitude every day!

There are many ways to bring more gratitude into your life. We have found the more we are grateful for what we have or have experienced, the more at peace or happy we are.

We know that the start of the holidays can cause a lot of stress for some people, however, the most important thing to realize is that it's really all about the people or relationships in your life that mean the most to you. And when you really take a moment to think about it, there is so much more to be grateful for!

Below is a great calendar that we found that will give you a different question each day to think about:

If you want to really get into the Thanksgiving spirit and find more ways to do things for other people, while still being grateful for all that you have, we also found this one. Doing kind things for others is a great way to make others feel grateful and for you to get the awesome happiness rush from doing good in the world:

If you aren't one much for checking items off a calendar, there are other ways to express your gratitude! Last year, we shared a post on how to bring gratitude into your home. We love the idea of journaling, The Five Minute Journal, is a great one. Or even just take the time to make sure that you thank your loved ones for caring for you, or reminding them how much you appreciate them. Share your gratitude with the people in your life and your own feeling of gratitude will grow!

What are we most grateful for? Well, we are forever grateful for all of our friends, family, and of course, our clients! Every person in our lives gives us the motivation to get up every day.
